Bad customer service

Good day

This email is regarding an order that was not delivered I called the store,they told me the driver called me and I ddnt respond I asked Rachel at Killarney Mall to check the number the driver called and we confirmed one number was incorrect

I can't be blamed for mistake that's not mine I waited for almost 15 minutes outside

Now I am being told to wait for up to 7 days for the refund I don't want refund I want the order There's my child's medication in there

He can't wait 7 Days to take medication I don't have any other money to order again

I called asap to be told that the store canceled the order even after telling me they trying to help Then ignore my calls
