Bad Customer Service

Yesterday i went to pick n pay to collect cashsend from my capitec account as i lost my card still waiting to make a new one and i was assisted by one of the cashier very friendly and the lady called Saneliswa came and screaming why the cashier gave me the money without me bringing my phone so they can see the message cause i wrote the reference on a paper as its walking distance from Lombardy west to pick n pay Midway mall i didnt want to be ****** as the is a lot crimes that side and i told the lady that if she wants me to confirm my details i can and she was no you must bring your phone its not allowed the irritating part is that i always bring my phone as im comimg from work but it was different yesterday i was from home to cut matters short the attitude is not how you conduct yourself it was bad it was like i went to a corner house shop please fix that its bad service/customer service and teach your staff to explain with a smile why its not allowed instead of a long face.
