Bad customer service by the Multimedia section

I went to Pick n Pay Greenstone, Saturday 14th to buy a laptop. I had to wait for a while before getting assisted, meanwhile the other staff members were standing and chatting. After a while one staff member came and kept on referring me to the other person then to another person, they were taking their time and weren't telling me or excusing themselves to tell me wait we are going to fetch something, could you kindly please wait .

I was traveling from the Vaal for the purchase because I am used to buying my electronics there and never got such treatment before. Train your staff on good customer service. It's really bad how they are treating staff also there is no staff availability on the foods sales floor focus on that as well. I ended up buying my laptop elsewhere
