Bad customer service

I went to the Kelvin store to withdraw cash which is only R100 & was advised by Esethu Sogwangqa as soon as I approached her to withdraw she said she doesn't have cash,while I was standing there a lady by the name of Sibongile came & told her to give me money because it's not as if I wanted to withdraw R1000 but only R100.She opened her till & gave me the R100 on top of that she didn't provide me with a receipt for my withdrawal.This is not the 1st time I went through with this particular store they always do not have cash they will even call their Supervisor who will tell you that There's no money.
