BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I ordered yesterday via picknpay asap that was around 12.30pm till now haven’t received my groceries . I had to call and ask hey order was not delivered as driver said it was delivered around 18:30 spoke to a by the name of Busi form their customer service she hang up on me when I gave her my order number called back yet again got hold of her she advised she cannot get hold of the store nor the driver that was handling my order . I then requested for the store number which is busy corner ebony park spoke to one of the ASAP workers there I was assured that I’ll receive my order today before 10:00am I still haven’t received my order .. money is still not sent back to my account and no communication from the store or ASAP picknpay . Spoke to koketso from busy corner picknpay ebony Spoke to Kyler confirming if am home for deliver Spoke to Busi to log dispute With these 3 people I spoke to still no joy
