Bad Customer Service

So Pick n Pay Grove does not get why Pick n Pay Lynwood ridge wound up. Bad customer service! On Friday at 8.00 am I went to Pick n Pay Grove to pick an item and head to work. there was barely 2 of us in the shop. The teller looked like she was doing a c**** and asked me to key in the pick n pay card number ( almost 16 ) digits. I was shocked. As I struggled to key in the number with my long nails, she continued to mind her own business. I thought it was the tellers job to key in those digits.. imagine if all customers keyed in the smart card digits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pick n Pays downfall is bad customer service. I will not feel bad to see them close another store. I was a victim of bad customer service at the Lynwood branch and the same bad attitude is exhibited at the Grove Branch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
