Bad customer service & attitude

I went to pick n pay liquor in dobson point, took 2 x 6pack black crown the price written in the fridge was R99, when I got to the till I was charged R209.98 I told the cashier that the price in the fridge is R99, he went to check & found out that indeed the price is R99, he called his supervisor / manager who was very rude he told me that, the price I saw was for can's & not bottles & he is not going to authorise something he doesn't know, & he immediately called the customer on the queue, I said but my query is not resolved why do you call the next customer, he just left me there, I asked his name he said MTHOBISI, I asked if he was a supervisor or manager he just left me there
