Bad customer service at the entrance of the mall

I am very disgusted by the treatment we get from the CPF and security at the entrance. The manner in which they communicate is highly unappropriate I don't know how they expect a parent to leave the child at the gate and go inside to shop like what nonsense is that. I buy my groceries at Pick n Pay ekhaya Shopping centre everymonth and I am turned away as I refused to leave my daughter at the gate
