Bad Customer service at PnP

The New manager by the name of Mlamuli at PnP Maponya Mall is something else, don't know when he was placed at Maponya , so I went to the store on the 30th July to get a few items i.e. Rolls, bread, juice and 2 cholocate bars went to the que only to find big trolleys blocking the way. I then asked some guy who was standing there and he told me that they closed we can't stand in that line as the cashiers need to knock off at that time its not even 5:30 mind you this is express tills for 10 or less items, and I'm like what? He said we should que on the other side where people with big trolleys full of groceries are queuing?? So I ask him please make it make sense that the store trading hours are 9-6 its not 5:30 yet and I cant pay my items where I'm supposed to pay instead I'm redirected now I must wait for customers that are paying for groceries in big trolleys whereas I literally have less than 10 items? The guy then called Security on me to be escorted out of the store because I'm questioning him. And yes I did question him and I asked how is it that they dont shuffle the staff , allocate them in different tills as they group them so that that when they knock off there are still cashiers left to assist customers meaning in express tills they have +/- 3 staff members that will remain when the others are knocking off instead of closing express tills because the "staff" has to to knock off. So basically the staff is more important than the customers in the store bringing business? Mr Mlamuli had the audacity to shout at me in front of other customers amd wanted the security to escourt me out of the store amd that I shouldn't buy from his store. I asked them if they going to man handle me, if so it wouldn't end well. One gentleman reprimanded the "Manager" and asked him if this is how he treats customers? Thats when the manager decided to lwt me go and pay for my things I tried calling the head office in Kensington but it was after office hours so I couldn't reach them.
