Bad customer service at Pick n pay Maponya

We bought a speaker at Pick n pay Maponya mall. It then stopped working and we took it for repairs as it is still under warranty. We took it 4 months back and they promised to call us and send it to the supplier!! We went to check yesterday 16-08-2022 and to our suprise our speaker was still there and with nothing to show they made an effort in sending it to the supplier. We use this speaker for our customers in the store for them to have fun when they shop. But nothing has been done and our shop is quiet and yet they have music playing. They should know better ! Our company cannot be issuing petty cash for items that have warranty!!! Pick n pay maponya should not make it easy to take their customer's money and make it difficult to resolve customers complains. They should hire competent staff on the customer service department!!!!! We need our speaker back and we need to continue making shopping at our store fun now its quiet........ 4 months is such a long time!!! Pick n pay Maponya should attend to their customer service complains immediately!!
