Bad customer service at pick and pay busy corner mall.

Dear Customer Service Manager

I'm writing to express disappointment with my interaction with NOMVULA NKAMBULE on 22/09/2024 at busy corner pick and pay.

During conversation and her services, I felt disrespected so I visited the store seeking assistance with receiving cash sent money. However, Nomvula Nkambule was dismissive and unhelpful, failing to give me the right customer service she gave me some attitude, she was so rude since I asked her to help me receive some cash sent money from her till POS. She was also rushing me, telling me to make it fast or otherwise she’s calling the next customer while attending me. I was not okay I had to leave the store because I was very unhappy because of her customer services. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
