Bad customer service at Money Transfer Team

Money Tranfer case Ref number for call center is: 93738

Lorain at the sandridge mall was helpful but did not follow up ,happy and the team leader at the money transfer call center did not follow you with my case and i am still waiting!!!!

I am a smart shopper account holder and i have send 209.90 to transfer money and the code was sms to my cell number several times and when i want to draw the cash it say error '' 110206 Tymecode already used'' i tried different till points and same thing happens

i spoken to happy at the call centre and he never gave my any update and all he say my funds is availible in my account so then why cant i get my money back

they say they unable to give a different tym code so how do i get my R 200 .000 i have been patient for 2 weeks now and still cannot get my 200

this is my money and does not belong to pick n pay
