Bad customer service and their attitude is not up to standard

I had the worst experience in Pick n Pay Mall at reds on the 22.11.2023. The staff together with the branch manager. I went there to exchange an expired food that I bought from them 30 minutes ago.But they never refunded nor exchange my product.
