Bad customer service and rude cashier

The service i got at pick n pay clothing menlyn was terrible. I couldn't get the cashier name but the lady was so rude i doubt I'll set my foot in that store ever again. I needed cash back but i was treated like i was asking for a donation. Pick n pay please teach your cashiers about customer service cause it doesn't exist in their vocabulary.
