Bad customer service and false advertising

Bad customer service and false advertising. I was supposed to get double points when I bought Petrol at BP garage when I spend R550 upward I didn't receive and when I call they have been sending me from Post to piller. I am not happy about their service I log a call last week still no feedback from them.
