BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Took a portable radio/speaker back as the radio did pick up the channels I wanted. The customer service was not a helpful experience. One was busy with a customer and the other Nozi was more interested in talkimg to some man that was working for pnp than actually helping. The other lady started helping and she had to butt in and then proceeds to tell me it works. Yes it works but not if you want just a normal English channel which you couldn't get. She then tells me I can't have my money back but must take a gift voucher as that is how it was paid for. Yes it was partially paid with a voucher as when I returned the 1st one that didn't work they gave a voucher to replace it from another pnp. They then called the so called manager Maropeng who came and would not listen to what i jad to say and only to his staff. He then walked away. Yes I lost my temper but with this service is that not understandable.
