Bad customer service after Pick n Pay delivers 2 wrong items

PICK N PAY ASAP delivers 2 incorrect items and then sends me an email to say I should take the items back myself, this being after I paid for delivery not to mention the inconvenience of being without the required items and the hassle of getting to a store it's truly bad customer service and there's an element of receipt as the label was changed to reflect the correct items but it was not the right items delivered DISGUSTING
