Bad customer service

Just been to PnP Mams mall, on my way out of the store the security guard took the trolley I was using and said that trolley does not leave and there were no other trolleys outside I had to take my groceries which were heavy but to my surprise a day before I went to the Grove Mall and used the same trolley I was never told those nonsense. Not happy at all
