Bad customer service

Pick n pay Carlton center in Johannesburg l wanted cash withdrawal ,l first queued in the money market the cashier wasn't friendly at all she point blank told me to go join the SASA queue outside knowing that SASA was offline .l tried explaining to her that l wasn't there for SASA she basically said go there ,went to SASA till explained again that l was referred there though they're offline but l am not there for SASA .The cashier said l can't help you ..went and joined another queue inside after going to another cashier wearing a supervisor uniform because she said go queue inside tried explaining to her that l am coming from the money market and SASA queue..Well fourth cashier also in supervisor uniform well she was friendly but she didn't have cash tried to beg her to ask her co-workers unfortunately she said she can't leave her till but what l can do is to roam around until she gets money l spent 1hour :30 minutes or so just for cash withdrawal
