Bad customer service

I wrote an email to Pick 'n Pay a few days ago regarding the bad experience I encountered 3 times in a period of 3 weeks- Ticket number ***. 1. When I ordered online, I never got my order and I had to drive to the store to fetch my order. 2. I orderd from the MRD app and I got rotten Onions . 3. I waited close to 2 hours after ordering online to get my order delivered (I had to call the store about 3 times for the delivery to happen. After writing this email with my complaints 2 days ago, I still haven't received any communication from Pick 'n pay.
