Bad customer service

Pick n pay maponya staff very rude, the supervisors are always standing gossiping and very slow when thy needed, I was standing at a pensioners que it was still morning and the was no one , but the cashier refused to help say she was gonna assist only pensioners in a rude manner , yes we were wrong to b in the que but thats not the manner to handle the issue, never going back there
