Bad Customer Service

Bought a Bar One ice cream at Pick n Pay Protea Glen in Soweto. The ice cream did not taste right on the first day that I had purchased and I only managed to take it back after 13 days as the store is a bit far.and I work full time. When I got there they refused to exchange it for me stating that I took too long.
