Bad customer service

The service we are given at pick n pay Carlton Centre is not on. Please train your cashiers how to serve, we go there to be served, not for them to waste our time.

I wanted to buy and do cash back. I was told I can only buy after a long que. And for cash back, I will have to join the que outside to money market.

When I asked the cashier to check my balance, I was told the machine is not working.

Their service is like they are doing us a favour.
