Bad customer service

Good day Sir / Madam Today Thursday 12 February 2026 I went for shopping with my staff ,we went to pick n pay clothing in Irene where meet a rude guy called Robert Se***a ,who ask me why I am with my staff and he even followed us and kept calling his colleagues and four guys came and Robert was shouting and say I can have a staff like this and swearing us , my staff just go outside with buying the clothes that we came for. When I ask where is the manager . A guy just looked at the canteen door and the manager was standing there when I try to speak she closed the door. I am so disappointed with this service
