Bad customer service

I don't know nor understand how such a big company that's been existing for a long time hire so much incompitant people who are rude and absolutely clueless about customer service. I raised a complaint with this company and there is no follow up that has been done mi clearly stated in complaint that the incident happened in the PnP in Claremont main road in Mont Claire place. The first complaint was raised in Tuesday or Wednesdays no one has bothered to call me or try to resolve this.
