Bad Customer Service

I'm writing this review to Pick n Pay, because I'm not so impressed. Buy the service, most of your cashiers provide to customers. I went to Pick n Pay Diepkloof Square, to purchase a can of Play Energy drink. A jungle energy bar, plus halls lozenges today on the 13.04.2021 at 10:59am. Then I requested the cashier for a cashback amount of R70, she told me she doesn't have it. She only has R100, yet when she opened the till I saw the notes with my own eyes. I want to understand, if the money belongs to the cashiers. Because, she could even get change at any till or call her supervisor. But no she decided, that she won't give me what I'm asking for as a customer. Her attitude was not appealing, especially for a person who works with customers. She made me spend more, than what I planned to spend. Clearly something must be done, because the whole service in that store lacks professionalism.
