Bad customer service

Good day

today ( Monday 29 March 2021 ) was the 2nd time that i arrive at PNP Welington & buy something that was on the catalog but the prices are not yet loaded onto the system.

Every morning before work myself & my colleague go to PNP to buy bread, etc & this morning i wanted to buy the chicken that is for today only R39.99 no ons instore knew about the special. so I show them the facebook add.

at the till when the cashier was finish I asked her if it scanned R39.99, she said no it still showed R44.99 so she called a floor manager ( or I dint know het title ) and the lady let me stand there for 15 min she was calling someone on the radio, but no one answered so she went into their office but didnt said a word to me, so I asked the cashier to take of the chicken as my lift arrive at 7.30.

I am really disappointed for PNP Wellingtons managers for i am not light skin enough, for i was in store when the same incident ac cure awhile aback, but it was a white lady & the managers sorted her out in no time.

Shoprite is still close in the mornings that is why i still go to PNP before work & its because we stay in Saron so I need to buy stuff for home, etc but if I had a option PNP wouldn't be on my list.
