Bad customer service

Morning i was at pick n pay mabopane central city i got a bad customer service i didnt expect it at a big store like pnp the cashiers are so rude and i didnt report the matter to store manager i just left the store without getting what i wanted as i was in a hurry to back to work.i dont think i will ever do shopping there again.
