Bad customer service

Pick n Pay hyper Wonderpark has a problem with the money market, the woman who is working there has stinking attitude. She knocks off at 6pm but every 5pm she claims to go to the toilet and come back 5.50pm and tell the customers who are on the line that she is going home. It happened to me more than 5 times, I told the supervisor about it and it looks like they are scared of her.
