BAD Customer Service.

On the 14 /08/2020 I bought a AIM 55 inch smart TV at Maponya PnP. When I was removing the screen protector the screen pop out on the top right . I tried pushing the screen back to its original position with a finger but the screen cracked. I took back the TV to PnP on 15/08/2020. The store has the policy that says any physical damage to its appliances does not have warranty . PnP sold me faulty TV and they don't want to give me new TV. PnP Customer service is bad , I have reported my case to the head office and i was refered back to PnP Maponya and dont have a tv.
