Bad customer service

Bad experience i had with pick pay Carlton center liquor and food side ,yesterday I came to the liquor wanted to do cashback for Capitec and they refused an told me I just have to go to tr food side and get it there imagine I am a customer an loyal one to be sent up and down and same thing happened today I didn't bring my fone wanted a cash back an she didn't give good customer service and she was arrogant and sh told me she won't us paper I just go back home and get the phone an stand back in the quee ,her name it's penelope,a big company like this doesn't need such workers who lack morals and respect
