Bad customer service

I've received such appalling service today. I spoke to Quinton who I met in one of the aisle's , I requested for assistance . I asked Quinton in which aisle can I get light bulbs and he asked me to come with him he will get someone to assist me. He then went to a guy which he referred to as Sandile who refused to assist me. Yes I understand it's 5 mins before home time , but I would never turn my back on a customer or not assist them just because I'm done for the day , mind you I deal with people on a daily basis. Reason why I'm highly upset is he was just standing with his colleagues laughing away so it wasn't as if I was disturbing him , he just laughed at me when I walked away and no one was willing to give me his surname . It's so sad to see the people you hire don't pride themselves in what the do yet they deal with customers on a daily basis. I work at Discovery health and I know what customer service is and I don't believe I was the first or the last person to be treated in this matter.
