Bad Customer Service

I'm writing this review, as a disappointment from Pick n Pay Umphakathi Mall in Mohlakeng. The store doesn't answer phones calls, yet I need assistance regarding a slip. For me to be able to return an item, at one of your stores. The phone rings one way, with no one answering. What kind of customer service is this, a person could die. While your store doesn't bother to pick up the phone. Is this how customers are treated, even when it's urgent.
