Bad customer service

I bought leggings at pick and pay clothing rand steam and the quality wasn't nice I had to return the leggings to the store when I ask for refund they telling me I can't get a refund due to that I bought via Pay just now they dont do refund but you must exchange to something else I don't want anything I just want a refund back but looks like it's a problem I even wrote to pay just now so they see what's happening at pnp nothing on their doors state they can't do a refund due to what and what even the manager can't assist at this point I don't want these leggings they have poor quality please assist this store is based at Auckland park Richmond rand steam pnp clothing it's not my first time doing we exchange in this store but today is a problem
