Bad customer service

I am so hurt today around 14h59 i went to pick n pay Mabopane branch to do some shopping, was assisted by a cashier by the name of josephine makua, she made fun of me for being pregnant, she screamed asking “How much are Durex ******s?” To the other cashier at express i was so embarrassed and paid while she was laughing her lungs out. Is this how pick n pay staff treat customers?
