Bad customer service
Hi There, I bought food online including 48 eggs which were selling for R19.99. When I went to collect my order from Pick n Pay Woodmead retail, the eggs were not included in my order. The manager by the name of Portia told me that the eggs were out of stock even though the order was processed and paid. I went to the aisle to check if indeed the eggs were out of stock. To my surprise eggs were on the shelves. Portia was very rude and refused to give me my eggs. I told her that I will report her to her superiors for the bad service she said she didn’t care. I left the store without my eggs. I paid for these eggs and would appreciate it if PIck n Pay can give me my eggs as per the order I placed and paid for in full, I did not get any communication regarding my order prior to the collection time to inform me that eggs were out of stock. I am very unhappy with your service and horrible customer care.

The eggs I bought online were not listed under Not Supplier on my initial invoice. I was only informed at the time of collection that the eggs could not be supp**** because they were out of stock. The store did not contact me prior to me collecting the order to inform me about the non availability of my order. I only find out when I received my order that the eggs were missing . . secondly I was charged for the items as per the items listed below. My bank account was also fully debited for the items. Please investigate properly before you respond to customers complaints.
