Bad customer service

Bad customer service at woodlands Boulevard shopping centre 10/09/2020 my colleague buy wrong mix veg for me around 15:24 and i take it back17:10 to exchange the wrong mix veg was in my fridge the whole time and when i return it silvastor said the policy don't allowed to return it. And we can go and read it but the policy say " on the food we return without questions" so he was creating the policy and not following PNP policy! and he never apologize to me for lying about the policy and he undermine me . I trow away the mix VEG because i can't it cornflower, so i lost my money. Very bad customer service
