BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered my shopping from Bottles yesterday 17/12/2020, on their app it said driver has arrived and when I checked the driver outside my gate there was no driver, then the next thing on their app it says my order has been delivered and I didn't receive anything been emailing them but no luck. Their service sucks big time
