Bad customer service

Pick n pay maponya mall has the baddest staff ever! Their customer service stinks to the core, everytime you walk into that store you feel like they are actually doing you a favor by assisting you.

Today i had the worst experience with the till operator by the name of Sombuluko Maphalala. The item i bought scanned the incorrect price at the till and when I enquired about it the attitude i got was out of this world but i stood my ground because I know my rights!

Pick n pay really has to do something about the kind of service we receive in this store because i know for a fact that had i gone to any other pick n pay store i would have gotten a better service!
