BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pick and Pay has the worst customer service. I have submitted 4 complaints to pick and pay regarding different issues and none were ever attended to. The recent one I even took to Twitter, few days ago since my plea was falling on deaf ears. Instead of resolving my current complaint, which was being sold eggs that were rotten, they sent a response about a complaint I lodged on 31 Dec 2022.
