Bad customer service

I visited Pick n Pay in BP garage King William's Town to buy electricity, there were two queues and we were informed to queue on the other side by the lady called 'Nomphelo' all those wanted to buy electricity. The lady whom I didn't notice her name who was assisting with electricity took about 15 min assisting a customer that was infront of me of which I noticed from the conversation with this guy that they are friends. After finishing with him he moved from the till to give water to the guy without even informing customers, then Nomphelo started calling customers and I noticed that she is assisting them with electricity whereas she told us to move to the other queue for electricity. I asked her why is she not assisting me if she is able to assist customers with electricity, she rep**** telling me that she is calling customers and I reminded her that she is the one who told us to move another queue for electricity. She gave me stinking attitude and took my money and metre number.,she then asked me the surname and I told her that I am renting and forgot my landlord's surname, she then put my money aside and called other customers up until the other lady came back and assisted me. I am very disappointed with this kind of service as I am a regular customer there.
