BAD customer service

customer service at pick n pay megamart in Tembisa Tswelopele is very bad and disgracing. i went into the store wanting to get information on a product and to also find out if their store does cover my area on ASAP as i have recently moved in Clayville Olifantsfontein, i met two ladies Irene Munyai and Sharon Mathevula as per their nametag, when i asked these two ladies for assistance they bluntly told me that i must go look for the person who works with ASAP and i must know exactly what i want before coming to the store even the attitude i was given was as if i was asking them to donate their kidneys for me, i left the store and did not even bother to look back, i will never go back to the store ever again, as right now i do not see the reason why that store is open if people cannot get assistance. i am hurt..
