Bad customer service
Good day I very disappointed with the bad service that I got from pick n pay wonderpark as I ordered at 9am and got my order 3hrs later on top on that they gave me wrong order and had to wait over 2hrs again for right order and when I call the lady was so so rude on the phone im really not happy.

29 Feb 2024, 12:59yes your system may show order delivered but the question is after how many hours and that is the issue you should follow up not just delivered order your system is very poor including the staff and remember I'm using my hard earned money for this poor service I'm advising everyone who's reading this to stay away from pick n pay wonderpark mall as they didn't even show any remorse instead they became so rude even the driver was also complaining about the poor service and the rudeness of the lady who's responsible of delivers as she's rude
