Bad customer service

I will never put my foot in that store staff are so unhelpful border on plain rude, staff don’t even know store layout. No sign up at till to say close we stood in line to pay women behind till look at us standing in line and just look away after about 3 min some client told us she’s not help she’s close we then went to next till lady was very friendly and helpful so it’s not all staff and no manager in sight no wonder that store have so little clients in shop compare to other retail store in center I will never go back
