Bad customer service

We were at pick nd pay entrance and the security we asked him if he may close our clothing plastic bag from a different store cause it's busy and long ques and he just gave us bad attitude while asked so nicely due to our time and covid, I'm not happy with how he as a front service should welcome us as customers
