BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I am extremely disappointed with the Cleary Park Pick n Pay store in Port Elizabeth. I placed an online order over two hours ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. When I called Pick n Pay customer care, I was shocked by the response—they laughed at me and said there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable. I will no longer support Pick n Pay. I placed this order because I have a sick mother who needs to take her medication, and there was no food left in the house. I couldn’t leave her alone, which is why I trusted your online service. Your lack of professionalism and empathy has caused unnecessary stress during a critical time.
