Bad customer service

I went to PnP clothing at Northmead Mall on 11/02 for men's sleepers that were on sale after being referred by PnP E/Rand Mall that they have 13 pairs available. There was nothing on their floor, so I asked them to check on their system, they confirmed to have them but that they're packed away. The cashier who refused to give me her name but insisted on my contact no. promised that they'll check in their store room yesterday and today, then give me a call. As I am writing this no call was received from them.

I am disappointed with this level of service, I do not think they are taking their customers seriously, I have a sense that she was just dismissive so that she can just carry on with her other work and yet the store was not busy.

I am expecting the store to look and find these sleepers and give me a call as I said to them I will be coming back on the 3rd day to make my purchase .
