Bad customer service

I am so hurt , the customer service that I got from pink n pay greenacres, on the 7th of August at about 4 pm . The lady at kiosk didnt help she just left me hanging as it was my 1dt time to courier from them. The security came to my rescue because wow she saw how mad I was only to find out that she left me coz she is rushing home.
