Bad customer service

Asked my mother to buy nappies for my 3 month old son at pick n pay protea point,soweto. They plainly refused her to shop because nappy bags are not allowed in store. To my surprise when I come back from work no nappies for the baby all because she had to leave the baby's nappy bag at the parcel counter and she went with the baby.
