Bad customer service 😑

I was in pick n pay in Secunda near Oranjegloed primary school,Saturday 28may2022 Yhoooooo I have never seen such cashiers,1st I was paying then I ask for cash back you could see the cashier face it's like I'm asking her to give me her money,very rude she said she doesn't have it I'm must go ask Kiosk by supervisor. I went to to ask her she said she doesn't have the amount I want I must go check which till has it meaning I have to ho ask each and every open teller if they have a cash back.
